Once pre-ordered items are received at the Thinkgeek warehouse, their shipment will begin without delay. The company does not hold orders to ship multiple pre-ordered items together. Pre-orders are not charged until the merchandise ships, and can also be modified or cancelled before the item ships.

For all orders placed at Thinkgeek, a 90-day return policy is offered for damaged or defective goods.
